should I update my email address on the site?

Hi all,
I've been on broad band over a month now, but it just occurred my account still has my old email address, because i didn't think about updating it, but it was the email address i had when i first created my account. My email address has definitely changed, so was just wondering if it were necessary for me to update my new email addresss on the site. thanks,

I would imagine you'd have to update it. I don't know how the site would know your email address otherwise.

Hi Wonderwoman.
I think it would be a good idea to update it because it is the only way the cls or admins could contact you if there is a need for that. Also they use this address to send you email when you get private message on the zone. So i think it is a good idea to update it.

ok, well I've never done it before, so don't know where to find it, or should I just do it from my profile?

ok, I did it, it only took a few minutes, and the confirmation email came instantly. I thought it might be a day or two before I could get back on the site again, but here i am with my new email addres. it's hard to get use to a new email address when you had the same old one for 9 years.

You're lucky. When I got a computer at home and no longer wanted my work e-mail address to be used, I could not get back on the site for three days after changing my e-mail info. There was some sort of problem with the confirmation, and I had to get a friend on messenger to come on the zone and let one of the CL's know I was having problems.

hopefully they fixed what ever was causing you to have that problem.

thanks Tango hopper,
it's difficult to get use to a new emailaddress, but i like in that, it tells my broadband status. I mean, it's an email address that says, hey, I'm on broad band now.
